Poems in Tribute to People or Objects

In the garden of my memories,

Blooms a flower fair and true,

Guiding light and gentle presence,

Grandma dear, I remember you.

Your laughter like a melody,

Your wisdom like a guiding star,

In your embrace, I found solace,

No distance, no matter how far.

Through your eyes, I saw the world,

With your hands, I learned to hold,

Forever in my heart, you dwell,

A story that will never grow old.

Oak tree standing tall and proud,

Ancient witness to time's passing shroud,

Roots deep in earth, branches to sky,

Your strength and beauty will never die.

In your shade, we find reprieve,

In your leaves, the whispers we believe,

Seasons change, yet you remain,

A constant in life's transient domain.

Majestic oak, in every sway and rustle,

A symphony of nature's gentle hustle,

Your presence a balm to weary souls,

In your shadow, we find our roles.

In the quiet corners of our world,

Lies the heart of true heroes unfurled,

Not in spotlight, nor in fame,

But in deeds that bear no name.

The teachers who shape young minds,

The caregivers who show love unconfined,

The workers who labor day and night,

Their dedication our guiding light.

Let us raise our voices in praise,

For those who serve in countless ways,

The unsung heroes, pillars strong,

In their shadows, we all belong.
